IMPART, the Institute for motivation and personality development, assessment, research & training, was founded in 1998 as a private research and transfer institution. A cooperation agreement since then ensures a close connection to the University of Osnabrück. There at the Department of Differential Psychology at the University of Osnabrück, Prof. Dr. Julius Kuhl and his team developed advanced testing and training procedures on the basis of the innovative personality of a systemic functional analysis and function theory.
IMPART is committed to its task, the transfer of these highly capable intelligence-testing and training procedures in clinical, academic and business practice to enable to support their everyday use and to support their users.
IMPART lives the vision of interdisciplinary networking and intensive collaboration between scientists and users in schools and universities, industry, business and management as well as clinical practice. This proven, two-way interaction between the partners is supported by the picture of human personality in the systemic functional analysis.
IMPART accelerates with its offers the knowledge and technology transfer between research and practice, and – vice versa – also contributes to a continuous promotion and sustainable enrichment of university research, for example by the provision of survey data from the application for the ongoing optimization and expansion of practical and compatible methods. An as well by cooperative research activities with the Department of Differential Psychology at the University of Osnabrück, as well as other leading scientific institutions in this field.
IMPART does not hesitate to meet the requirements that are applied in many areas to a modern, informative test and training management to fit explicitly to the subjects personality structure which is grown in years.
