Lisa Pelzer, Junior Consultant
Lisa Pelzer works at Pelzer & Associated Partners as a junior consultant in the context an internship to prepare herself for international business studies. During her Abitur /High School Graduation she proved her special talent for mathematics and chemistry. During the curriculum in preparation for the Abitur, she immersed herself in the biligual profile with the topic "People and History".
Her special interest is economic psychology and the economic aspects of cultural differences in teams.
In addition to her previous work to develop the algorithm of our C4E analysis tools (Cost for Emotion) she deals with customer surveys of our international customers. Above all, the success of customers and their employees' perspective is the main focus.
